If the ordered product is not suitable, you can easily return it. To do so, please write to us at return@lreboot.com, providing the product name, purchase date, and the reason for the return.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason. However, please note that the product must not show any signs of use. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, physically received the purchased product. A return request submitted through our online return portal is considered a valid declaration (and is the recommended method). In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the amount paid for the product as well as the delivery cost (except for any additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered in our store). The refund will be processed within 7 days, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or proof of their return shipment. If you choose to process the return via our online return portal, the return shipment status will serve as proof of the returned items, which we will receive automatically upon submission.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you agree to a different solution.
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned products resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, features, and functionality. We reserve the right to claim compensation from the consumer in such cases, as permitted by applicable law.
Returned items must be shipped or delivered to our store without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the item is sent before the 14-day period expires. The cost of returning the product to our store is the responsibility of the returning party.
