Order processing and delivery time

The total order processing and delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 business days for Poland and from 3 to 14 days for the Europe. In the case of payment by predefined bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the day the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited.

    Shipments are carried out via various courier companies, such as DPD or InPost couriers and parcel lockers.

    • InPost Courier: 4.75 EUR
    • InPost Parcel Locker: 5.00 EUR
    • DPD Courier: 6.00 EUR
    • DPD Pickup: 5.00 EUR
  2. Europe.

    Shipments are carried out via DHL courier service, offering fast and secure delivery across various European countries. In the case of payment by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the day the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited.

    • DHL Courier (Zone 1 – Central and Eastern Europe): 25.00 EUR
    • DHL Courier (Zone 2 – Western Europe): 30.00 EUR
    • DHL Courier (Zone 3 – Southern Europe): 40.00 EUR
    • DHL Courier (Zone 4 – Northern Europe): 50.00 EUR

The exact shipping cost will be visible in the order summary. For oversized goods, items with large dimensions, or significant weight, please contact us to arrange delivery details.

Self-Pickup

If you choose self-pickup, please contact us by phone in advance to ensure that the product is ready for collection.

Other Information

The option to use other courier companies is available upon the customer’s request. If you prefer a different courier company, please contact us to arrange the details.
